Shakey's Update on the Enhanced Community Quarantine
Dear Shakey’s Guests,
Over the past 45 years, our Shakey’s family has done its best to serve you, our beloved guests. We have always been committed to ensuring the safety of our guests and staff.
During this COVID-19 Enhanced Community Quarantine, we have done our very best to keep our Metro Manila stores and our delivery services operational. We have opened select stores with staff and riders who have volunteered to work, driven by their desire to continue serving the communities that have supported Shakey’s through the years. However, our staff have experienced increasing difficulty in getting to work safely due to the increasing restrictions on public transportation and more stringent local government quarantine implementations.
After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to close down our stores and delivery services in Metro Manila for the duration of the Enhanced Community Quarantine. Despite our desire to continue providing necessary food to our communities, the greater good at this time is to fight COVID-19 by decreasing transmission risks and doing our part in flattening the curve. We are doing this to ensure the safety of our guests and the safety of our own staff.
We are one with our Filipino brothers and sisters in the fight against COVID-19, and we understand that the best way forward is for everyone to follow the government’s mandate to stay at home. We implore everyone to stay calm, pray for the Philippines, and support the government’s efforts to keep each other safe.
In the meantime, stores in Visayas, Mindanao and select Luzon areas will continue to serve you for as long as the local governments allow us to keep operating.
We are confident that our country will overcome this, and we look forward to serving you again.

VISAYAS, MINDANAO and PROVINCIAL LUZON OPERATIONS
Selected Shakey’s stores in Visayas, Mindanao and Provincial Luzon areas (only for stores allowed by local ordinances) will be operating from 11AM to 7PM to cater to your CARRYOUT orders.
Delivery hours will be from 11AM to 6PM daily, until further notice.
Likewise, our hotlines 7777-7777, #77-777 (toll-free for Globe and TM subscribers) and Facebook Messenger ordering, will be available from 11AM to 6PM only.
We seek your patience and understanding as we temporarily suspend our “If it’s late, it’s FREE” guarantee. Our riders have to comply with government checkpoints on their way to you, as such delivery may take longer than usual.
OUR SAFETY COMMITMENT TO OUR GUESTS
We would like to assure you that we diligently conduct regular sanitation of all our stores, as well as proper quality check of all our food items. All Shakey’s staff are also strictly monitored to ensure that they are of prime health to provide excellent service. Rest assured that these precautionary measures have always been in place even before the COVID-19 outbreak.
For your added protection, we have intensified and increased the frequency of the disinfection and cleaning of our store premises. We have also put alcohol and disinfectants in various locations in our stores. Please feel free to use them when you stop by for carryout transactions.
Lastly, we are implementing thermal screening in our stores and anyone with temperature exceeding 37.3 will be politely denied entry to our store premises for the safety of the majority of our guests.
