ORDER your Shakey's favorites for delivery and SHARE the fun with family, friends, or colleagues at different locations.
HOW TO ORDER:
1. CALL 7777-7777or #77777 for Globe and TM or MESSAGE us on Facebook.
2. Complete and submit the Order Form at least three (3) days prior to your preferred delivery date and time.
3. Ensure that all delivery details (Name, address, contact number) are complete and updated.
4. Pay Online or at any Shakey's branch. Cash on delivery is not allowed.
5. Minimum delivery order of 300 php per recipient is required. 6. Surprise deliveries are highly discouraged. Ensure that all recipients are aware of the deliveries.
7. In case no recipient is present at the given address and cannot be contacted, the delivery transaction will be considered sold.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A Shakey’s Order and Share/ Virtual Party will be considered confirmed if client’s AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE stated herein has acknowledged and agreed to the terms and conditions, and payment has been made.
Shakey’s Order and Share/ Virtual Party must be placed at least three (3) days prior to preferred date and time of delivery.
2. Payment Scheme:
Payment of Shakey's Order and Share/Virtual Party must be paid online or at any Shakey's branch. Cash on delivery is not allowed. Payment must be made at least three (3) days prior to the preferred date and time of delivery.
Forms of payment that can be accepted are as follows:
Personal or Company Check
SPAVI Fun Certificates
All check payments must be under the name SHAKEY’S PIZZA ASIA VENTURES INC.
Personal or Company check payments must be received at least three (3) banking days for Metro Manila Checks, at least seven (7) banking days for Out-of-Town Checks and at least thirty (30) banking days for Regional Checks, before the scheduled date of delivery.
Shakey’s Order and Share/ Virtual Party Delivery is available in Metro Manila and selected provincial areas only.
As not all stores operate 24 hours, delivery time committed to guest may change if primary store catering to the delivery area is closed. Shakey’s reserves the right to suspend the “If It’s Late, It’s Free” policy during extreme weather conditions or events that will put the safety of our riders at risk.
In case no recipient is present at the given address and cannot be contacted, the delivery transaction will be considered sold. Surprise deliveries are highly discouraged. Ensure that all recipients are aware of the deliveries.
4. Changes / Additional orders:
Any changes/ additional orders can be done provided it is two (2) days before the actual date of the delivery.
5. Price Adjustment:
Shakey’s reserves the right to change the prices in the menu. Shakey’s shall inform you in the event of price increase prior to the actual delivery date. The total price of food products at the time Shakey’s Order and Share/Virtual Party was confirmed shall be adjusted according to new menu price during the actual delivery date unless you indicate your cancellation according to the provisions in Clause 6 herein.
6. Cancellation / Refund:
Should the client decide to cancel the ordered packages, a cancellation letter must be made at least seven (7) days before the scheduled date of the delivery. Aside from the cancellation letter, the client must also surrender the following:

Credit Card Charge Slip
Otherwise, any deposit made shall be forfeited in favor of Shakey’s. For cancelled orders made six (6) days and below before the actual delivery date, a cancellation fee amounting to One Thousand Pesos (Php 1,000 .00) or 10% of the paid amount whichever is higher shall be charged to the guest to cover the cost incurred by Shakey’s. If payment was made thru credit card, an additional fee of 2.8% for payment processing and tax withheld shall also be deducted based on the swiped amount. These fees shall be deducted from the total amount to be refunded to the guest. The refund will be available after 7-14 days. However, this may take one (1) month to reflect on your credit card statement and account.
Should the delivery be held in the occurrence of natural calamities as floods, earthquakes, and the like, total payment shall be refunded to the client less any expenses already incurred by Shakey’s.
Shakey’s products must be consumed within the specific holding time. Otherwise, Shakey’s shall not be held liable for any damages that may occur. The guest agrees that all complaints must be made within 24 hours from the date of the event, otherwise, the same are deemed waived.
