How does the website work?

Shakey’s online ordering system works like an ordinary delivery hotline, except that you place your orders online and at your own pace, meaning there is no rush, you can take as much time as you like. There are also two types of methods: Delivery and Padala.

Padala is a method wherein you can order products online for your friends and family. It doesn’t matter where you are, as long as you have an internet connection and have a credit card or paypal account.

With the Delivery method, you can choose to pay your orders online or after delivery.

Below is a detailed process of the two methods:

Method: Delivery (payment upon delivery)

1) Guest orders from website

2) Call center calls and confirms order from guest

3) Call center sends to stores

4) Store delivers

5) Guest pays thru cash or credit card

Method: Delivery (online payment)

1) Guest orders from website

2) Guest pays thru credit card or Paypal

3) Call center calls and confirms order from guest

4) Call center sends to stores

Method: Padala (online payment only)

1) Guest orders from website

3) Call center sends to stores

How do I place an order?

1) Sign in if you already have an account (you may continue ordering even without an account)

2) You can start by selecting from the categories (Pizza, Chicken, Starters, Wholesome Combos, Group Meals, Extra, Drinks - default category is Pizza)

3) Click on a product. A window will pop up, this will let you select add-ons and quantity. This will also show you how much your current product costs.

4) Click on "Add Item" to add this to your order or click on "Close" to cancel the current choice.

5) The right part of the screen will show you a list of your current orders and your total bill. You may continue adding orders.

6) After selecting the products of your choosing, you may now click "Check Out". Remember that there is a minimum order of P300 pesos.

7) If you already have an account and you are currently signed in, the system will proceed to the payment screen. If not, you will be asked to enter the following information:

Firstname, Lastname, Address, City, Contact no., Supercard no., and E-mail

This can also be used if you want to sign up, so click the tick mark if you want to create an account as well. This will fasten the ordering process the next time you order online.

If you click the tick mark, a window will pop up asking you for your username and password.  Click on "Register" to save your details.

If you do not want to register, just click "Continue".

8) Next screen will ask you if you want to pay upon delivery or online. Payment upon delivery accepts cash or credit card.

Online payment accepts paypal or credit card.

9) Before finalizing and placing the order, you will have an option to write down special instructions (i.e. “Change for P1,000.00, Extra Ice, Look for Ricky”)

10) After clicking "Place order", a window will pop up showing your tracking number. This can be used to view the status of your order.

Can I Place An Advanced Order?

In the current version of the system, you cannot place an advanced order, but you may save limitless amounts of order sets (otherwise called Favorites). For example you have a weekly poker game with your friends and you usually order the following:

Manager’s Choice, Shakey’s Special, Belly buster and two dozens San Mig Lite in Can.

1) Proceed with the normal ordering process then click on "Favorites"

2) Click "Save Order"

3) Type in a description (i.e. “Friday Night Poker”)

4) Click "Save", then close the window.

You may now go back to the main screen by clicking on “Home”

You can repeat this process if you want to add another set of orders and add them to your favorites.

Note: You can combine your favorites by retrieving them one after the other.

How do I delete an item from my order?

You can click the minus sign icon on the left side of your order.

How do I delete a saved set in My Favorites?

1) Open up Favorites

2) Click on the x mark beside the Set Name

I want to order the same set of orders for next week, how do I do that?

You need to be a rigestered user to do this. (See How To Register)

1) First, proceed with the normal ordering process then click on "Favorites"

2) Click "Save Order"

3) Type in a description (i.e. “Weekly Order”)

4) Click "Save", then close the window.

5) Come next week you can sign in, click "Order Now", "Method Delivery", click on "My Favorites", click "Weekly Order" then click "Load".

How do I register?

There are two ways to register.

1) Proceed with the normal ordering process. Before payment, a guest information window will pop-up. Click on the tick mark beside "Dont like filling forms? For faster ordering save your details above Tick to become a member". A window will pop up asking you for your username and password.   Click on "Register" to save your details.

2) Click on the "Register" button and proceed with the registration process.

How do I check the status of my order / how do I track my order?

1) After placing your order, there will be a tracking number generated by the system. Save this tracking number.

2) At the login page just below the "Sign In" button, there is a "Order Tracking" link

3) Click on it and a window will pop up requesting for a transaction number.

4) Encode the tracking number then click "Submit"

5) A status will show up along with a list of your order.

6) You may also call the delivery hotline number 77-777 to follow-up your order.

How much is the minimum order?

The minimum amount required is P300 pesos for Delivery and P500 for Padala.
You may not check out your order unless it is equal or greater the minimum order.

What are the accepted payment types?

For online payment, accepted are credit card and paypal.

For deliveries, accepted are cash and credit card.

I have completed my order, what now?

What are the compatible browsers?

As of now, compatible browsers are Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, and Google Chrome. We are still in the process of making the system compatible with Opera.

How do I report rude drivers?

You can email us at complaints@shakeyspizza.ph. It would help if you can give us the the time, date and store (found on the receipt) so that we can rectify the situation. Rest assured that all complaints are being considered high priority and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

I did not receive my order, what will I do?

Although systems are in place to make sure that you get your order complete and on time, unforseen events can cause failure of delivery. If this happens, you can call our delivery hotline number 77-777 to follow up. Our supervisors are available to attend to your concerns.
