Blast from the Past
For the month-long celebration, Shakey’s starts the nostalgia trip with a new TV commercial that tugs at the heartstrings. Everyone will definitely remember cherished memories from their first barkada gimmick, their first dates, and even their most recent fun, family, pizza moments at Shakey’s.
One of the most distinguishable items from Shakey’s history is the Shakey’s Skimmer Hat, which is also featured in the TVC. These hats used to be special gift items to birthday celebrators. These hats are, once again, made available for everyone.
The Shakey’s Skimmer Hat sells for only P35.00 at all Shakey’s outlets nationwide. It comes with a bounce-back coupon for a free Regular Hawaiian Delight Thin Crust pizza with a minimum purchase of P350.00. These hats will only be available from March 5 to May 16.
Shakey’s also has limited edition premium items that are perfect matches for the Shakey’s Skimmer Hats. Adorable Teddy Bears in special gift bags will definitely brighten anyone’s day. Limited edition Thermal Mugs are also available to keep your drink warm or cold for any occasion.
Keeping with the spirit of nostalgia, delivery bike boxes have been updated to reflect the 35th year anniversary celebrations.

You can get a chance at fame in the tradition of Fun, Family, Pizza!
As part of the 35th year celebrations, Shakey’s has come up with a web-based promo where guests can send their best “Fun” photo with Shakey’s Skimmer Hat and get a chance to win P5,000 Shakey’s fun certificates.
The rules are simple. The photo should have the guest wearing Shakey’s Skimmer Hat inside a Shakey’s restaurant with family and/or friends. The photo should have a fun caption to go with it. Thirty-five (35) winners will be chosen. The deadline for submission is May 16. Winning photos will be posted at the Shakey’s website.
