As part of the store management team, to manage matters that would affect Sales, Profitability, QSCH and People through the effective management of the Personnel/HR and Key Management System assigned by the Restaurant Manager.
The incumbent is the default KMS Manager for Personnel Management. He/she is also the official and primary alternate of the Restaurant Manager, being the next highest officer at the store level.
*Graduate of Hotel & Restaurant Management, Business Management or any 4-year course related to Hospitality or Food Service Operations.
