To deliver our commitment to our guests to provide them high quality food products and services at great value for money, the incumbent is to ensure the smooth flow of operations of the Restaurant as the Manager on Duty (MOD) who is accountable for leading the store team in achieving the key aim of retaining and attracting new Guests, and contributing to the attainment of the RBU’s goal.
As part of the store management team, to manage matters that would affect Sales, Profitability, QSCH and People through the effective management of the Personnel/HR and Key Management System assigned by the Restaurant Manager.
*Graduate of Hotel & Restaurant Management, Business Management or any 4-year course related to Hospitality or Food Service Operations.
*With a minimum of 1 year restaurant store operations experience (Shift Manager Level).
*Extensive computer literacy on MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and the Internet.
*Must be willing to travel
