PRODUCT MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- To consistently deliver WOWing product plan and execution throughout the product life cycle resulting to higher sales and stronger brand image.
- Conducting marketing researches to examine and thus enable the business to respond to the needs of the business environment: our competitors, market structure, government regulations, economic trends, technological advances, and others that will affect the marketability of a specific product.
- Conducting competitor analyse.
- Developing marketing plans to promote new and existing products.
- Conducting midline promotions through briefings and other means designed to create product awareness and promotional alliance with our workforce.
- Conducting product researches to identify what products can be produced with our available technology, and what innovations in our product can be developed given the changes in technology in close coordination with the Research and Development Manager.

Spearheading in new product development by constantly communicating to the entire team (composed of but not limited to R & D, Purchasing, Operations), and safeguarding the specifications of the guest on the product during the process of development.
Requirements:
- Male or Female, preferably 25-30 years old
- Candidate must be a graduate of Marketing, Management or any 4 year business related course. Post graduate studies an advantage.
- He/She must have at least 3 years experience in similar field with at least 1 year in similar capacity. Extensive experience in food service industry is a plus.
- He/She must be adept in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint and Excel)
- He/She must have an excellent communication and presentation skills
- He/She must be willing to travel
- Understands financial projections, media and merchandising planning
- Creative, analytical, and systematic

RECRUITMENT OFFICER
He/ She is responsible in Recruitment and Placement of the Company.
Candidate must be knowledgeable in interpretation of Applicants Psychological Exams.
He/She must be knowledgeable in Employee Labor Relations and Compensation/Benefits.
He/She must be analiytical, gest foucused, results oriented, and passionate.
He/She must be highly organized and systematic.

Requirements:
TRAINING OFFICER
Male or female, with at least 2 years experience in Restaurant Management Operations (preferably Restaurant Manager level). A College Graduate, preferably with a Degree in Psychology, Business Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management or any related 4-year course. He/She must be knowledgeable and proficient in module design. Must be excellent both in oral and written communication skills. He/She should possess very strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Must be willing to work for long hours and travel to any point in the Philippines. Computer Literacy is a must.
PR / ADVOCACY MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- To build and strengthen brand image and establish positive connection and value-relationship between Shakey’s and it’s existing and potential guests.
- Overseeing public relations and corporate communication activities to create brand awareness within and among our business partners, and to synchronize the brand image with the organization’s Core Values which will deliver the brand experience.
- Identifying and constantly communicating our unique selling proposition to the management team and external partners so as to reinforce corporate communication framework.
- Enhancing our brand image through constant press releases and related activities meant to communicate the milestones of Shakey’s to current and potential guests.

RESTAURANT MANAGER/ ASST. RESTAURANT MANAGER Male or Female, 24-32 years old with at least 3 years experience as Store Manager in any of the major food chains. A College Graduate, preferably with a Degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Marketing, Food Nutrition or any other Management Courses. He/She must be results-oriented with a strong desire to excel and possess very high personal standards. Must have pleasing personality, good inter-personal and communication skills. He/She should possess very good leadership and management skills. He/She must be very knowledgeable in Restaurant Operation, Financial Planning & Management (Store P&L and Budget Preparation). Adept in LSM and “must” be very “Guest-Service” oriented. He/She must be flexible, analytical and can deal with people from different levels of the organization. Computer Literacy is a must.
RESTAURANT FINANCE OFFICER Female, not more than 28 yrs old. Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or Banking & Finance. With at least 1-2 years work experience in general accounting. Systematic, detail oriented and has a good command of Oral and written language. Computer literate, team player and has strong personality.

SHIFT MANAGER / MANAGEMENT TRAINEE
Male/Female, 20-30 years old preferably with food service experience in any of the major food chains.
Management or Supervisory experience a plus.
A College Graduate, preferably with a Degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Marketing, Food Nutrition or any other Management courses.

He/She should have good leadership and management skills and possess a strong desire to learn and grow.
